Employment Tribunal Charges For Employees

We can act for employers or employees in Employment Tribunal matters.

We also act for both in providing advice and representation when claims are before the Employment Tribunal.

Our fees for this work are between £10,000.00 plus VAT and £15,000.00 plus VAT on the basis that your matter proceeds to a fully contested Hearing but lasts no longer than 1 day and the number of pages of documents in respect of the final Hearing does not exceed 50. This is also on the basis that any Barrister instructed is of no more than 5 years’ experience.

Our hourly rate is between £300.00 and £350.00 plus VAT per hour

The length of time likely for the matter to take depends upon the availability of Court or Tribunal time and the time estimate given for the duration of any final Hearing.
