Please note this is indicative only of our fees and services. We will be pleased to provide a bespoke estimate if you would like to contact your local office and request one.

Our initial estimate for our fees for the work is between £700.00 and £1,500.00 plus VAT. Our hourly rate is £300.00 plus VAT per hour.

This is for a standard matter where you are charged and plead guilty and we deal with a plea of mitigation for you.

If your matter proceeds to a fully contested Magistrates Court trial where you are pleading not guilty, our fees would be between £1,500.00 and £3,000.00 plus VAT on the basis that the trial lasts no longer than half a day.

Our above charges will include the cost of instructing a Junior Barrister with no more than 5 years’ experience.

It is very difficult to provide an estimate of the time taken to deal with the matter as it would depend upon whether you enter a guilty or not guilty plea, how busy the Court is and the availability of witnesses and Barristers.
