Elaine Pearman

Elaine is a Senior Property Lawyer and Consultant at W H Matthews & Co's Sutton office. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 having read Law at Exeter University. She has 30 years’ experience as a Property Lawyer and has recently taken over the portfolio of clients of Deborah Mangnall, former resident partner, who retired in 2014.

Elaine has considerable expertise and experience in all aspects of Residential Property including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, setting up development packages for developers and subsequent plot sales, the re-mortgaging of properties, complex transactions, including option agreements, new build developments, lease extensions, equity release and shared ownership.

Elaine has been involved in the local business community for many years and is the current Secretary of the Sutton Business Lunch Club which brings together all sections of the business community for networking events on a monthly basis.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking and trekking and has been involved with many  fundraising trekking events for charity. She is also a keen scuba diver.
