Charles Howard

Charles is the Senior Partner of W H Matthews & Co and is based at the firm's Kingston office. Charles qualified as a Solicitor in 1975 having read Law at Birmingham University. He joined the firm in 1977 and has been Senior Partner since 2003.

Charles is an experienced Property Solicitor. As well as overseeing the management for the whole firm, he has extensive experience in residential development transactions, including the purchase of development sites, the redevelopment of land and construction disputes. He also has experience in advising on Landlord and Tenant matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

Charles also advises on commercial property transactions. He has a long standing loyal client base within London and the South East.

Charles lives in Surrey and is married with three children.
